Zumba


Ok this is a new craze and I have to admit I was interested. Some of my friends in the UK have already had great results. 3 stone between them in 5 weeks! (one stone is 14 pounds.) That’s fantastic. So I checked it out. It is tough. The dancing and the constant movement of the hips while doing what would be simple moves if the hips weren’t involved. I have to say it was difficult to finish. Once I had finished the DVD and that entirely wiped out of energy feeling went away. I felt good. My back which has been aching lately didn’t hurt. I felt loose and flexible. In general I felt pretty good even though I was tired. It even seemed easier to relax. So Zumba is going to stay apart of the routine to get me into WW shape. Now to find a good strength training routine that will tone and not bulk.
